WELCOME
Welcome to ICOM7 — The International Conference on Memory
For more than 35 years, ICOM has been a leading forum for memory research, bringing together experimental psychology, animal and human neuroscience, philosophy, computational modelling, and clinical and applied science. After a long hiatus since Budapest 2016, we’re thrilled to bring this much‑loved meeting back to the community in Glasgow, UK on 26–30 July 2027.
This year’s programme will spotlight cross‑species and cross‑method sessions that connect theory and evidence—linking models to experience, circuits to cognition, and basic mechanisms to real‑world applications. Expect world‑class keynotes, hot-topic symposia, lively poster sessions, debates, and plenty of time to discuss and reconnect.
Save the dates and sign up for updates—we can’t wait to welcome you to Glasgow.
